Self-isolation is very difficult so make sure you keep yourself with some fun things to do, watch a feel good film or enjoy/start a hobby you've not had chance to spend time on. There are lots of online courses available for free and remember to keep in touch by the many other technological means we have today!
This will pass....don't compromise your health by becoming stressed. Get updates on situation only once/twice a day and then focus on something else....a positive mind is a strong one! We can get through this as communities, we are not separate we are all connected in spirit, soul, mind, hearts, consciousness and love!
